We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring that products are delivered on time and coordinating with various teams to optimize our supply chain processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory control, managing shipping schedules, and liaising with suppliers and customers to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and monitor shipment progress.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners for seamless operations.
• Prepare regular reports related to logistics performance and metrics.
• Ensure all logistics operations are compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development of logistics budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct assessments of logistics processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to junior team members in logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related discipline

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a logistics role
