We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our East London team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Active Directory: Proficient in managing users and groups in Active Directory.
