Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics processes, managing shipments, and coordinating with vendors and team members. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transport schedules and routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to clients.
• Work with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Utilize logistics software to manage and monitor shipments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all logistics partners.
• Conduct performance analysis and propose improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support budget management and cost control of logistics expenses.
• Assist in organizational audits and reporting to enhance logistics performance.
• Identify, report, and mitigate any risks associated with logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Additional certifications in supply chain management will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Languages
