Job Description

We are on the hunt for an E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategies and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a passionate individual who is driven by data and has a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance to meet operational objectives.
  • Develop customer retention strategies to build loyalty.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting for the e-commerce department.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment on e-commerce goals.
  • Manage and optimize ad spend across various online channels.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect customer data.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
  • Master's degree in e-commerce or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing e-commerce initiatives with proven success in driving sales.
