We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead our Cape Town store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Drive sales through effective promotions and merchandising.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Conduct regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned.
Encourage customer engagement and loyalty programs.
Set and achieve store performance targets.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling.
Assess staff training needs and provide ongoing coaching.
Requirements
Education
NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent
Higher diploma in business or retail management is preferred
Experience
3-5 years in a retail supervisory role with a focus on sales
