Responsibilities

• Research and incorporate new teaching strategies into the curriculum.
• Develop online and offline resources to enhance integrated learning.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to align curricula with industry needs.
• Prepare documentation and reports on curriculum development progress.
• Advise on the integration of technology into educational practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Graduate degree in Instructional Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in curriculum development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Graphic Design

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Teamwork

Certifications

• eLearning Instructional Design Certificate
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Advantageous

• Background in educational policy: Understanding of educational policies and regulations influencing curriculum design.
