You will play a key role in evaluating project feasibility, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be adept in project management and possess a strong technical background in civil engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project specifications and develop detailed engineering designs.
  • Manage a diverse team of engineers and technical staff.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives.
  • Review project deliveries and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Design sustainable solutions for environmental and infrastructure challenges.
  • Promote adherence to health and safety standards on site.
  • Evaluate contract bids and select suitable contractors for projects.
  • Assist in securing project funding through detailed proposals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
