Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our IT services. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network maintenance, and ensure that all systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Assist in managing and deploying software updates and patches.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees related to IT equipment.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation for IT processes.
• Assist in the management of IT-related projects as assigned.
• Perform regular backups of systems and data.
• Provide feedback on IT service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing IT initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
