We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, compliance with tax regulations, and knowledge of HR systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll services while providing exceptional support to team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Implement new payroll processes and improve existing systems.
• Monitor the payroll budget and provide analytical reports.
• Work closely with external auditors during payroll audits.
• Communicate payroll changes and updates to employees.
• Assist in developing payroll policies and procedures.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee compensation and benefits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
• Professional certification in Payroll Management is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in payroll administration
