Job Description

Join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist and contribute to creating a collaborative work environment. You will handle employee issues, conduct investigations, and suggest improvements to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain employee relations reporting metrics.
  • Advise management on employee relation strategies.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee development programs.
  • Regularly review and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions on conflict management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations or human resources
