Responsibilities

• Engage in active sourcing of potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• An MBA with a finance focus is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related areas

Technical Skills

• Valuation Techniques
• Financial Reporting

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent
• CMA Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
