As a Tare Man, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the precise measurement of products using our state-of-the-art weighing equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our high standards during loading and unloading.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate measurement of products using weighing equipment.
• Monitor and report any maintenance needs for weighing systems.
• Train new staff on proper weighing procedures and equipment use.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize load processes.
• Review and maintain inventory records for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service during truck weighing operations.
• Generate reports on daily weighing activities and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the operations department.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Languages
