Shuffle Board Operator

Job Description

As a Shuffle Board Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining shuffle board equipment and ensuring that games are played according to the established rules and regulations. You must possess strong customer service skills to create an enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role includes managing game logistics, tracking scores, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain shuffle board equipment.
• Ensure that customers adhere to game rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Set up and clean the shuffle board area as necessary.
• Keep a record of game scores and assist with the award of prizes.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and seating areas.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required, but experience in customer service or entertainment industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate shuffle board equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
