Job Description

As a Production Team Manager based in Cape Town, you will lead a team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, implementing process improvements, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• A Master's in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar managerial position within manufacturing
