Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and treating clients with a variety of psychological conditions. You will administer psychometric tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. This position requires a compassionate approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients.
  • Design personalized therapy programs based on psychological evaluations.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of therapy and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary treatment plans.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior psychologists and interns.
  • Develop group therapy sessions focusing on specific issues.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards in psychology.
  • Advise management on mental health issues affecting the workplace.
  • Engage with local organizations to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical psychology
