Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Bloemfontein clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to enhance patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Prescribe treatments and medications appropriately.
  • Monitor patient health and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document all patient interactions in compliance with legal standards.
  • Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies as necessary for comprehensive care.
  • Participate in outreach programs to improve public health education.
  • Stay informed of best practices and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Assist in the operational management of the clinical unit.
  • Engage in performance improvement projects within the clinic.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Specialization in Family or Pediatric Nursing is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
