Responsibilities

• Supervise junior architects and design staff.
• Maintain project documentation and records meticulously.
• Research and apply sustainable design practices in projects.
• Assist in client presentations and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in various types of architectural projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban design principles: Understanding of urban planning and sustainability principles.
