Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation through to completion. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop clear project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify project constraints and find workable solutions.
• Ensure all projects abide by relevant safety standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate project kickoff meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master
• Agile Certified Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
