Responsibilities

• Develop new methods for chemical processing.
• Working closely with production teams to enhance product quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits on processes.
• Support quality assurance processes.
• Utilize software tools for modeling chemical processes.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for operational issues.
• Prepare and facilitate training for team members.
• Collaborate with suppliers for the procurement of materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Process Simulation Software
• Chemical Process Design

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
