Job Description

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and utilize various sourcing methods to find the right candidates. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the labor market to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role
