Job Description

As an Architect at our firm, you will lead projects from initial concept through to completion. Your experience will help us craft buildings that are not only beautiful but are also sensitive to their environments. We aim to push the boundaries of architectural design with sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design stages for various architectural projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and requirements.
• Identify project risks and devise strategies to mitigate.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors throughout the project.
• Draft and review architectural plans, specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations in architecture.
• Mentor junior architects and interns within the team.
• Ensure that schedules and budgets are adhered to throughout the architectural process.
• Prepare submission documents for local authorities.
• Facilitate client interactions to gain feedback on design iterations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Additional certifications in project management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience

• Building Code Knowledge
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
