Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to develop the skills of our workforce. This role requires a passion for enhancing employee capabilities and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative training tools and techniques.
• Evaluate training budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry training standards and regulations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to facilitate development.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect current industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or related field
• Relevant certification in adult education or training preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in Learning and Development or HR
