UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic design team as a UX/UI Designer, where your creativity will shape the user experience of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducting user testing and applying feedback to enhance our designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into engaging designs.
• Improve existing designs based on user analytics and feedback.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Ensure consistency in design across all products and platforms.
• Adapt designs based on cross-platform usability.
• Document design processes for reference and training.
• Create user journey maps to visualize the user experience.
• Conduct interviews and surveys to gather necessary data.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in UX/UI Design or a related discipline is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools (InVision, Marvel)

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Collaboration

Certifications

• User Experience Certification (UXC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies: Experience working within Agile teams and sprints.
• Knowledge of design systems: Experience maintaining and evolving design systems.
