UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for researching user needs and crafting designs that ensure an engaging and seamless user experience across our products. Your work will directly impact our clients' satisfaction and overall business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design strategy.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Analyze quantitative data to identify trends in user behavior.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Strategize layout and functionality for different platforms (web and mobile).
• Facilitate communication between UX, UI, and development teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in UX Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in interactive design

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages
