Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
• Specialization in pediatric dentistry or oral surgery is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Oral surgery
• Cosmetic dentistry

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time management

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with dental implants: Hands-on experience with placement and maintenance of implants.
• Knowledge of sedation dentistry: Understanding of sedation techniques for patient comfort.
