Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing concrete blocks of various sizes and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare concrete to specifications prior to pouring.
• Set up and operate block-making equipment as directed.
• Inspect the quality of blocks produced for adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Record production results and report to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings to continuously improve production methods.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Provide support to new team members during their onboarding.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition for use.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in concrete production or a related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing
• Physical stamina and strength

Languages

• English: Basic
