• Implement a variety of teaching tools and methodologies to suit learning styles.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities.
• Incorporate feedback from students and parents to enhance lesson plans.
• Help create a positive and encouraging online classroom atmosphere.
• Work with the educational team to develop resources and support materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Previous teaching experience is a plus

Experience

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with LMS Tools
• Data Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Patience
• Motivational Skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in group tutoring sessions: Ability to effectively manage and engage small group discussions.
• Familiarity with the South African curriculum: Knowledge of the South African education system and curriculum requirements.
