Responsibilities

• Stay updated with current trends in education and instructional design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Master's degree in Education is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design Tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer (CID)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theories: Deep understanding of principles that guide adult learning and development.
• Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) in Education: Ability to design immersive learning experiences using VR technology.
