Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for designing engaging interfaces and improving the overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
• Prototype and test design concepts to enhance usability.
• Evaluate existing products and suggest design improvements.
• Develop engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Certified Interaction Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
