UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through execution.
• Create and iterate on design prototypes based on user feedback.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and guidelines.
• Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams.
• Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and oversee A/B tests to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Foster a creative environment for the design team.
• Optimize designs for mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or Interactive Media
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design roles

Technical Skills

• Axure RP
• Usability Testing

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
