Financial Analyst

Job Description

As a Financial Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will engage in intensive data analysis, develop financial models, and report findings that guide strategic decisions across the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed variance analysis on budget versus actual results.
• Translate complex financial information into understandable reports for non-finance stakeholders.
• Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews.
• Provide insights on cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
• Assist in financial risk analysis and mitigation.
• Track and analyse key financial metrics for business performance improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate environment
