Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Assist with the upgrade and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions within systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance system capabilities.
  • Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
  • Provide technical support during company events and trainings.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
Technical Skills
  • Windows and Linux administration
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk)
Soft Skills
  • Customer service orientation

Certifications
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
