Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases as per changing requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms.
• Document defects and work with the development team to ensure they are fixed.
• Assist in the design and development of automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure high standards of quality.
• Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop metrics and reports to communicate quality-related insights.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 2 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in a software environment.
