Job Description

As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and assisting in the management of our investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the investment landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze complex financial models to support investment recommendations.
  • Liaise with external advisers and consultants to gather information.
  • Assist in the execution of transactions from initial assessment to closing.
  • Prepare and oversee investment documentation and contractual agreements.
  • Review and analyze economic trends affecting the investment landscape.
  • Participate in the development of investment strategies and initiatives.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
  • Master’s degree or related qualification would be an asset
Experience
  • 3-6 years in private equity, venture capital, or mergers and acquisitions
