Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Lead daily meetings with the drilling crew to discuss objectives and safety protocols.
• Document and report drilling performance metrics and anomalies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new crew members.
• Monitor wellbore conditions and propose necessary adjustments.
• Ensure the maintenance of equipment and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Drilling Technology or similar field

Experience

• Previous experience as a Tool Pusher or similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
