Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Panner to join our mining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and extracting valuable minerals while adhering to safety and environmental standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mineral extraction processes and hands-on experience in mining operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to identify potential mineral sources.
• Collaborate with geologists to evaluate site data and extraction methods.
• Monitor mining operations to ensure adherence to safety practices.
• Utilize mining equipment effectively for optimal mineral extraction.
• Train new employees on best practices in mining and safety.
• Troubleshoot any issues with extraction processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mining Technology or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mining-related role

Technical Skills

• Surveying techniques

Certifications

• Mining Occupational Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
