Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
• Assist management in employee performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Handle employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
• Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
