Responsibilities

  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR policies and processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Develop succession planning strategies.
  • Facilitate team-building events to strengthen workplace relationships.
  • Handle sensitive employee data in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with their needs.
  • Design onboarding processes that acclimatize new hires.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role
