Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our IT support team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our users. Your role will involve troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining systems, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all end-user support requests.
  • Resolve software issues related to Microsoft Office, operating systems, and other applications.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular system checks to prevent potential issues.
  • Provide remote support to users when necessary.
  • Gather user feedback to improve IT services.
  • Assist in preparing training materials for new systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new users.
  • Manage backups and data recovery efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role is an advantage
