• Conduct assessments to determine patient care needs.
• Work closely with physicians and specialists for patient referrals.
• Lead health promotion initiatives within the community.
• Support the management team in improving departmental efficiency.
• Address patient and family inquiries accurately and empathetically.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse with specialty certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in critical care nursing

Technical Skills

• Patient Management Systems
• Emergency Care Procedures

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent
