Responsibilities

• Develop and validate prototypes to demonstrate the functionality of design concepts.
• Engage in regular meetings with clients to align project goals and expectations.
• Perform simulations and analyses to predict performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all designs are documented and in compliance with company policies.
• Participate in patent application processes as necessary.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials meet project specifications.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.
• Train team members on best engineering practices and tools.
• Monitor and report on project progress and challenges.
• Implement the latest engineering software and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
