Liquor Gallery Operator

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Liquor Gallery Operator to manage daily operations of our liquor store. This role involves inventory oversight, sales management, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the liquor gallery.
• Assist in optimizing the layout and visual displays within the gallery.
• Implement promotions and assess their effectiveness.
• Conduct staff training sessions on customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss sales strategies.
• Engage with the community through events and tastings.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications related to liquor industry (e.g., bartender certification)

Experience

• Experience managing a liquor gallery or similar establishment is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Familiarity with sales reporting software

• Ability to work under pressure
