Job Description

Seeking a skilled Construction Manager to take charge of construction projects in Pretoria. You'll be responsible for organizing construction schedules, managing teams, and ensuring that work meets industry standards and regulations. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure will be key to achieving project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders for project specifications.
• Train and mentor junior staff on site management practices and safety procedures.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred

• 5+ years in a senior construction management role
