As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for a variety of clients in diverse industries. You will utilize your market knowledge and networking skills to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with client objectives.
• Evaluate candidate portfolios and provide feedback to clients and candidates alike.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Certification in recruitment or HR professional training preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role
