Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. You will play a key role in guiding organizations through the recruitment process, helping to identify the best talent for various positions. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and shape effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for various clients based on their needs.
  • Create job descriptions and postings for client vacancies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish selection criteria.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging HR trends.
  • Provide analyzed feedback on hiring processes to clients.
  • Implement and improve HR metrics for tracking success.
  • Support clients in implementing performance management systems.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment.
  • Facilitate negotiations between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Additional HR certifications advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
