Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating planishing hammer machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring the quality of metal parts. A commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Run planishing hammer machines to create precision metal products per engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality control assessments throughout the production process.
• Proactively identify and report any safety hazards or machinery malfunctions.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in metalworking is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Planishing Hammer Operation
• Basic Welding

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Possession of a valid forklift operating license is a distinct advantage.
