• Utilize design tools to create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency in all design work.
• Participate in design critiques and provide feedback on team members’ work.
• Engage in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align design efforts with project goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Design thinking certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
