• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Investigate software complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure all test results are documented following company standards.
• Develop test scripts for integration testing.
• Assist in the documentation of user manuals and release notes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or closely related field

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies
