• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

• Interviewing Techniques Skilled in conducting structured and unstructured interviews.
• Effective Communication Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Adept at finding solutions in challenging situations.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)
