• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor medication therapy and outcomes to ensure optimal treatment.
• Educate patients on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
